FCI’s innovative manufacturing techniques utilize a variety of non-traditional materials. Our Levelers:
a) Allow furniture to slide smoothly on multiple ?ooring surfaces
b) Prevents scratching of wood ?ooring
c) Remains durable in very low temperature environments

Base Material Example Features
PTFE (Te?on) Easily slides over most surfaces. Very low friction co-ef?cient.
Corrosion and temperature resistant.
Plastic Alloy An Engineered plastic designed to slide over most surfaces.
It is durable and wear resistant.
UHMWPE Similar to Te?on glides but more affordable.
Injection Felt Felt base is co-molded to plastic base to protect hardwood
Low Temperature and laminate ?ooring.
Resistant Nylon Durable, wear resistant nylon base. All purpose and long lasting
for all applications.
TPV – Non-slip Non-slip “TPV” base for all applications requiring non-slip. This material
is environmentally friendly and operates well between -60°C to 135°C
